As far as within the Internet services the possibility to petition personal or commercial data (Email addresses, names and addresses) exists, the surrender of this data by the User is on a voluntary basis. The utilization and payment of all services offered is allowed - so far as technically possible and reasonable - also without the indication of such data, for example under an anonymous made data statement or a pseudonym. The utilization within the frame work of the Imprint or comparable published statements in the contact data, such as mailing address, telephone numbers and fax numbers as well as sending unauthorized information through third party Email addresses, is not allowed. Legal action will be taken against the sender of so called Spam-Mails, without exception.
